Where is the compassion in posting endless threads which change no one's mind on the subject? Is the point simply to revel in human misery?

I've got a deal for you. I won't try to read your mind (or heart) and you don't try to read mine. My prayer life is a personal matter, which I choose not to put on public display. For what it's worth, I agree 100% with this statement from the posted article:

"To have a 12-year old girl walk around a pit bull with a history of abuse and neglect and violence, it’s just absurd to me"

PS: Check your PM

Could be that posting such threads are also educational to those that don't know the damage these dogs do...

I said nothing about your prayers, read what I wrote not what you think I wrote...Compassion is not prayers, its how we relate to those that have lost a child or other family member...

I do agree that a 12 year old with any large dog outside is idiotic....My best friend got bitten on the stomach while a 10 year old sat on the porch and watched it..Stupid also and they were my next door neighbors, the one that got bite was my good friend their other neighbor.

My friend was 5 foot tall (a shorty :O) and if had been a pit instead of a sheltie she probably would have been dead.

I neither care to know or want to know anyones prayer life. You read that into my post that wasn't there...try reading it again and find prayer in it...if you do, I would apologize as its none of my business.....
