Now that I can certainly agree with. Moms, even new moms, especially new moms, usually sleep much lighter, not heavier!

When I brought the baby home from the hospital she slept right next to my bed and every noise in the middle of the night brought me wide awake.

My sister is dealing with my niece and her two kids right now. My niece isn’t a bad girl but she’s too immature to deal with two children and a teenage father who doesn’t want to deal with anything. They just moved into my sister’s house at 2 AM this morning and then planned to sleep all day today.

I guess I was different, I always loved kids and even volunteered to baby sit for infants as a teenager.
