Yeah - hopefully Phil follows that advice. He got his weight down last year and this year. His played improved 100%. He supposedly does power lifting and also has a better diet plus carries his clubs when he practices.
A guy I played with one day said carrying your clubs burns off about 800 calories an hour. Yup - Phil - saty away from Crispy Cremes.
