LOL! So he woke up one morning and realized she was black? Even for tabloid journalism, this is absurd. Plus, it speaks volumes for Tesh that he has never exploited their relationship and still speaks fondly of her.

Tesh got his act together, and has been married for close to 20 years to Connie Selleca. I just saw this pop up on google, haven’t read it, but evidently Selleca commented on Tesh’s former love life.

Authors write what they learn, hear and see. If John Tesch told Kitty Kelley this story - she could have left it out but chose not to.
Book reviewers do the work others refuse to do;).
The fine Discover series, “Life,” was nearly spoiled for me by Oprah’s narration. I couldn’t dismiss the fact that she knew nothing about what was being shown yet intoned the script so annoyingly authoritatively.
