I had NO idea that American Heritage was producing that series.

I reviewed the first lesson (my undergraduate degree is in history with a specialty in military history and, more specifically, the American Civil War).

It's not bad, and it's solidly accurate - leaning conservative in my opinion.

Not very gracefully written -- but if supplemented with (the very well written) articles from the original AH magazine it would be EXCELLENT.
