The article speaks of 16 steps. I see what basically are four steps. It’d have been nice to have pics with the article but this author must have slept through Journalism 101.

This is a cool building. My company has done some restoration work in some of the rooms over the years and at times, if you’re left alone by yourself, you can get an odd feeling as if someone is watching you. Very spooky. This is the spot for the Lincoln Douglas debate in Galesburg.
