The more I see, the more I support programs like this.

I hate to say it but I do to. There are just some groups that shouldn't reproduce and, unfortunately, these groups tend to reproduce a lot.

The crack babies from the 80s are all grown up now and we can't build prisons fast enough to protect us from them.
