Unless this is another case, I think this lady was on tv a few weeks back. She was scared to death of this kid and social services wasn’t offering her any solutions. Pretty
scary situation really.

Bad, adoptive parents! Bad, adoption agency who didn't vet the child transparently! Bad, bad, bad.

What would happen to a child born into a family with this very same scenario. They would be responsible for placing him in a mental institution right? Why is this any different. This is wrong. You don’t get to ‘turn your kid back in’ just because he’s defective.

I don’t blame this woman at all; she undoubtedly went into it with a good heart, but why should she ruin her life...and possibly LOSE her life...to save this child from his demons? It is hard enough if it is your own child...lacking that connection, it is a nightmare she didn’t bargain for.

"The intent of my daughter was to have a family and the intent of my whole family was to love that child," she said Friday.

No, the way you get "a family" is to get MARRIED and then to become a parent, either by biology or by adoption--not to be a single woman chasing halfway around the world to find a child who looks like he might be your own.
