That reaaly happened to me. A high school girlfriend saw me hug my cousin and went nuts!!! After the tirade I introduced my girlfriend to my cousin as "my ex-girlfriend" and walked away.
Years ago, I knew a guy who introduced his wife as, “This is my first wife, Jennifer.”
I laughed every time I heard him do that.
