I think Ben is guilty of rape charges. This is not the first rape charge he’s accused of.

I have no knowledge of the facts of this case though I would think if they had evidence of a crime being committed they would prosecute.

I do know a bit about the other case in which the woman accused Ben of assault about a year after it supposedly happened. Does not seem believable.

No reason to jump to conclusions (sarcasm off)...the first case was a civil case as the authorities laughed at the woman’s story....this case was never considered a “rape case”. But, yeah, Ben is certainly a “rapist”. LMAO at the ignorance.
