Tom Watson’s still on the leaderboard at -5. If he birdies the 18th there’s a good chance he’ll be paired with Eldrick tomorrow. Talk about a ratings bonanza.

NEW YORK – First indications are that Tiger Woods’ return has increased television viewership of the Masters by 50 percent.

Yeah, everyone wants to see if he has sex with bystanders, his clubs, or even with his golf balls. Is there anything this guy won't get it on with, aside from his model wife?

The only reason I will tune in is to see if Woods gets heckled from the gallery.

That's 50 percent more than the similar measurement for last year's opening day, and 80 percent more than it was in 2008.

This statement is misleading. They are trying to imply that somehow Woods didn't play in the Masters in 2008 and 2009. If he is such a draw why would the ratings be so much higher this year than other years when he played? Answer: It isn't his golf game all the extra viewers have tuned in to watch. Most of them probably want to see him bomb out!

Well, aside from the Masters always drawing a big crowd... I just wanted to watch Tiger fall - hopefully collapsing under pressure. He really does not and should not have a chance here. I don’t care how good he is as a golfer, he fails miserably as a Father and as a decent person.
