I’m reading it, I rather like those little scandal books. You should read Robert Lacey’s book on Grace Kelly. She rutted with half the industry and after her marriage with several men more.

when Grace Kelly was sleeping with half the industry, when she was an up and comer she was sneered at and considered a predator who preyed on men, married or single. But after becoming a success, she established her image as virginal and innocent and classy, and decent. When she dated Oleg Cassini, he was demonized and the press speculated on how ‘classy’ Grace Kelly saw in ‘such a man’ as Oleg Cassini. Even when she was still slutting around with all sorts of men, married or otherwise.
In that industry, it’s success that bestows virtue, not actual morals.

Hardly. After her marriage she lectured on the virtues of breastfeeding, bashed women who wanted a career, and lectured her children on ‘proper’ princess behavior. She was one of few careerwomen in America and turned her back on it once she married Rainier. She was quite the hypocrite, like all of Hollywood.
