Of course dogs are racists. White peoples dogs bark at black people, and black peoples dogs bark at white people. I thought everyone knew this.

—mostly true, I believe.
But:
On a few occasions, I have calmly interacted with a leashed dog with an owner that seemed to wish his dog would bark at me (or was dissapointed that it didn’t). Seemed to piss them off that their dog seemed to like this white guy!
