Dogs To Be Euthanized After Tearing Off Infant's Testicles
POSTED: 10:29 am PDT April 8, 2010
MURRIETA, Calif. -- Two large dogs have chewed off the testicles of a 6-month-old boy strapped in a baby carrier and left alone in a Riverside County apartment.
The 22-year-old mother was at her friend's apartment and had left the room, Murrieta police said.
The pit bull and pit bull mix attacked the baby, tearing off his diaper and biting his scrotum, according to Sgt. Bob Landwehr.
The mother and friend heard screaming and rescued the baby, who was hospitalized in unknown condition. Police and child protective services were investigating, but no charges have been filed. The dogs will be euthanized.

Poor little Chet.
*Desperately* crying out for “approval” and “acceptance”.

That’s the whole point!
“6-month-old boy strapped in a baby carrier and left alone in a Riverside County apartment”
_Left alone_.
When I was a baby, either my mom or my dad toted me with them wherever they went.
I was never “left alone in a room” for any reason, dogs or no dogs.

Helen Keller would have probably been pretty upset when you snuffed her assistance dog.

Can a Pippo be trained to walk with a blind person on a leash?
(Can you even get a blind person to ~wear~ a leash?)

Really? Your parents never went to the bathroom, took a shower? Seriously? Had sex?

The above link is another story on the same incident, showing how the irresponsible 22 year old mother of THREE had two of her children taken away from her in 2008. This is yet another example of a totally preventable tragedy, due to owner/parent neglect and stupidity.
By the way, several people have already mentioned that dogs do enjoy eating feces. A baby with a full diaper is going to attract them. Notice the dogs didn’t bite the neck, arms or legs, but went straight for the smelly stuff. However, they should have never had the chance, as any INTELLIGENT parent knows you don’t leave a baby alone with a dog, period!
To: ican'tbelieveit
I’m sure they managed most of those activities solo so somebody was still available to tend me.
Since I was under a year old, I probably wasn’t terribly aware of what they were doing sexually so it’s a moot point.
Why would you feel compelled to make a smart ass remark *just* because I was raised by responsible people?
Did you even pause to consider the inanity of that comment before you posted it?

Because you are being disingenuous. There is NO way someone sat with you 24x7 while you were a baby. It isn't reasonable. Unless you also want people to believe that someone was awake at all times with you during those years (one parent was awake watching you while one slept). Or were there times, when you were asleep, that adults in your life was able to step away from you.
Or maybe you were attached as a Siamese twin to your parents.
I am calling the assertion foolish, if not an outright lie, that your parents were with you every moment of every day of your infancy.
