Two large dogs have chewed off the testicles of a 6-month-old boy strapped in a baby carrier and left alone in a Riverside County apartment. The 22-year-old mother was at her friend's apartment and had left the room, Murrieta police said.
You do NOT leave babies alone unattended. The mother is at much as fault as the dogs.

Mother left baby unattended.... THAT is the main issue, doggies not restrained/separated from helpless child, secondary issue.
Doggies do what doggies do, they’ll pay the price.

Doggies do what doggies do, they’ll pay the price. I'm wondering if the dogs hadn't been fed in days. Perhaps just going after what smelled like food to them. Even if they were pampered pooches, treated like family, you DO NOT leave a 6 month old baby unattended even if you have no pets. The mother needs to be taken to task for this.
