Muslim woman strangled by her burkha in freak go-kart accident

A young Muslim woman had died after her burkha became snagged in a go-kart.
The 24-year-old woman, who has not yet been named, died a terrifying death today when a fluttering part of her burkha became caught in the wheels of a go-kart she was driving near the town of Port Stephens, north of Sydney.
The Muslim clothing the woman was wearing flew back as she sped around the track and part of it became entangled in the go-kart's wheels.
She was strangled in a second and crashed the vehicle.

An actual burkha is the ‘tent’ version of Islamic women’s dress. Was she wearing this or the hijab which covers most of the head but still allows women to show their face? Reporters are all too often ignorant of these differences.

What are the odds if she had received life saving medical treatment, she would have been flogged for driving, beaten for being unaccompanied by a male, then been victim of an “honor killing” for embarrassing her family.

Tragedies such as this should not occur ... we must let her death be a hinderance on the freedom of everyone from here on. The freedom of religion was only intended for the militia anyway.
