Yeah, but not too many people - especially men - give a hoot about girl's (er, women's) basketball. Compare the TV ratings for last night's game with Duke-Butler the night before.

And despite the fact that lefty media will think that the Connecticut girls will be "breaking" UCLA's men's record if their streak gets that far, the fact of the matter is that would be comparing apples and oranges. And that's not to disparage what the Connecticut gals did, it's just that there has always been much more competitiveness and talent at the men's level, due largely to immutable natural differences between the sexes.

Did watch a bit of the men’s game the night before. It was very exciting. But also remember that the Lady Huskies is blazing trail for women in college basketball to follow after them. Already, former players of UConn women’s basketball are now coaches or asistent coaches in programs, and this includes one over at the University of Hartford.

Congrats to both Duke and UConn for winning their repective tournies. :)=^..^=
