Each time they fax something in and it gets lost is a violation of privacy standards and a reportable incident. JPMChase can be fined for each incident.

NEVER fax any important papers. The receiver will just claim they never got it. I had an experience years ago with a health insurance company over a disputed bill. I faxed in the information numerous times, they claim they never got it. I finally paid the bill because it wasn’t worth the fight.
