Rmember, ipad is going directly against Windows 7 and all them laptops and netbooks that cost just $300, and can do a heck of a lot more than the ipad. It's no contest.
Well, with Windows crapware going with the hardware that breaks down so quickly (as I was saying with my relatives and their poor experiences)... you add up the fact that you have to buy it three times over again, compared to once with Apple products, and you can save a fortune by buying Apple. ... hoo-boy! LOL ...
But, the iPad is being hailed as a success, by all that see it... what a deal! :-)

Months of speculation, feverish lust, an uberhyped prize that could disrupt the status quo of computing. You wouldn't be the first person to compare the run-up to Saturday's arrival of the iPad to the prelaunch mania that surrounded the iPhone. Apple's freshly conceived slate-style computer promises to influence the media, mobile entertainment and publishing industries the way its close cousin the iPhone has affected wireless.
The first iPad is a winner. It stacks up as a formidable electronic-reader rival for Amazon's Kindle. It gives portable game machines from Nintendo and Sony a run for their money. At the very least, the iPad will likely drum up mass-market interest in tablet computing.
For more than a decade, nobody has successfully cracked the tablet market. Apple, based on my tests over several days, is likely to be the first.
Apple has pretty much nailed it with this first iPad, though there's certainly room for improvement.

Windows 7 is not only a better OS than Snow Leopard, it has been proven to be more secure to boot.
OSX has more security holes than a sieve.
That is why Windows 7 has sold more units in just 2 months, than all the Apple macs Apple has sold in in the last 8 years.
Go figure.

If your “relatives” are as retarded as you are, its a sin to hand any computer to them anyway. They might just put a hammer to it, and just bludgeon the computer into pieces.

You add up the fact that you pay on average 3 to 4 times as much for a mac, as you pay for an equally configured Windows PC, then have to deal with a badly designed OSX with big security holes, plus an Apple mac that the cheap Apple makes from the cheapest components they can get(they know Apple fanatics will buy any junk they give them), then you begin to understand the saying “a fool and his money are soon enough parted from each other”.
