So basically they broke the dog out of jail?
It cost big bucks to pay for shots, etc. They had more dogs than they needed. Its not fair for them to have so many dogs. They get them for free and then charge you for their “up grades” like vet. care, baths, nurse back to health. Not fair to charge poor dog lovers that just want to have a pet. Etc. Etc. Etc. Monkeys need dogs.
