Nothing gets out front when you sue a Congresscritter for whatever it is he's doing or saying on Capitol Hill. The judges just toss the cases.

Better to sue McClatchy ~ they are certainly liable for libel AND, to make it worse, they cannot even subpoena those Congresscritters on their behalf.
