Is Mark Levin still bringing a lawsuit over health care?

Has Mark mentioned any update on his lawsuit?

I might be wrong, but I think that the suit would’ve been only if the Dems deemed the senate bill to be passed w/o voting on it. Since the Dims got their 218 votes, they didn’t need to deem it passed.

I alway wondered, does anyone know what is wrong with Mark Levin. LOL, now don’t take that the wrong way, I love the guy. But he has been wheezing and coughing for a while now, is he sick?

He had major heart surgery. A side effect of one the blood pressure medicines is a constant tickle in the throat. It is quite annoying, so he stops speaking at times to control the tickle.

I didn’t know Levin had heart surgery. I enjoy listening to him on WLS late at night, 9 to midnight. It’s a weak signal from here in WI, but worth the effort to listen.
