If people live longer, they will cost the system more money. Dr. Emanuel said as much. This must not be an Obamao-care funded research effort and I’m sure it’s funds will soon be drastically cut.

Unimpaired older folks will take better care of themselves and maybe even exercise to enhance their longevity. This is a crisis in the making. What are these scientists thinking? Don’t they know the Hippocratic Oath has been rescinded?

Maybe they will outlaw all taxes on cigarettes, and also give a huge rebate on the annual tax return to those who smoke the most cigarettes.
