Do you know what I did today? Sat right here at the computer and missed my dentist appointment!!! The girl at the office called and said "Where are you?" I was so embarrassed and apologized over and over. Hated I did that. I am going to have to be more careful. Sometimes I let my computer gobble me up, instead of minding the things I should be minding. I promised myself today that I must have discipline!!!!
