It may not be as much as joke as you think: it could imply that Google has chosen Topeka, KS as one of the five cities in the USA to offer 1,000 megabit per second (gigabit) download speed Internet access.
Only one problem though: that's so fast that you'll ending wasting time waiting for the various web hosting services to catch up!
