This is clearly Grand Larceny felony on the part of the Fraternity and the crooked tow company.
It is not possible to tow 53 cars away in time of a 2 hour show without careful preparation and multiple tow trucks waiting for the last victim to go into the show.

What the article does not tell you is the "fake event" parking at the Fraternity's lot was a solid 1/4 mile or more walk to the arena and you are parking well away from the event when there was adequate parking in the area.Maybe people thought that parking further away would have resulted in less problems with the after-event traffic jam.
