It was Terry Schiavo that introduced me to Glenn Beck.
I was a truck driver and listened to a LOT of talk radio. Somehow, I discovered Glenn Beck somewhere on the dial and was impressed with his passion to save Terry.
I told you that to REALLY say THIS;
The Conservatives as a force had the most excellent opportunity to stop the wave of socialism back then, and choked ... and we are forevermore determined as cowards until we mobilize en-masse effectively.
I couldn't get away myself, but hundreds, if not thousands were gathered around an insecure hospital building and all they .. we ... had to do was storm the place, have waiting an ambulance and take terry away.
Sure there would be the OJ type chase, but we would have shown the world that, though congress was involved and Jeb had declared wharever it was he declared, we the people had taken charge of the life of a citizen being murdered and we would not stand for it, nor wait for any official agency to step in.
And all the time I'm in a truck screaming, "Take the building! .. TAKE the f****** BUILDING !!!"
We mobilized in Floriduh to prevent a miscount of ballots, up front in your face of bespeckled socialist peons.
Why didn't we rescue Terry?
Conservative, religious, born again and Catholic Americans and patriots dropped the ball and let an innocent girl be murdered.
THAT is fact ... and we must live with it.
Now .... can we muster the balls to do something about the attack on our nation today ??
I discovered Glenn Beck for a few weeks in 2005 when Terri died.
I posted yesterday regarding Glenn’s efforts to save Terri’s life.
Thank God for Glenn Beck.
Glenn lived in the fantasy world of the addict before he was sober.
Sadly, I was living in my own fantasy world when Terri died.
I’m not totally sure what could have been done short of a massive crowd that would have turned the local SWAT team into a bunch of Bull Connor’s by scaring them.
Rushing the building wasn’t a possibility with such a small crowd that acutally showed up.
I wasn’t morally prepared to face that SWAT team in 2005.
You and I better get morally prepared to face what lies ahead of us.
