Whoo Hooo! I might never die then.
By my calculations, this means I have about a 507% lower risk of heart attack or stroke.
I'm doing both to be on the safe side.

Good for you! I started long ago on the chocolate diet. Ultra dark is best but I like semi-sweet. Had the calcium test of the heart a couple of years back because cholesterol is bizarre — overall high but made more so by amazingly high HDL, the good chol.
Doc said if he were me he’d have the test done — result, at age 55 at the time — was ZERO calcium score — they asked me what I did, diet wise.
I said easy - little red meat, mostly fish/chicken, a little wine and lots of semi-sweet chocolate. The response from the head of the dept. at Cedars-Sinai in LA: “Keep doing that!”
Hilarious.
The amount of red wine (Resevetrol)I drink should keep me going to the ripe old age of 125 years at least. The Chocolate will help my heart keep up.
Death-or-Migraine? I’m thinking. I’m thinking.
