What does that comment have to do with being born? There aren’t many newborns who vote or own businesses.
If Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 PM as his Certification of Live Birht says and his mother and he immediately left the state forever, he’d still be a citizen-at-birth.
The fact remains that Governor Lingle has made public statements referring to Hawaii as “Obama’s birth place.”
