Uh.OH...
Somebody been lying.....looks like time for a UIPA lawsuit or criminal investigation to get to the truth,
I have a copy of mine not 2 feet from where I sit. I can fax mine anyplace that has a fax machine in less than a minute. For less than 20 dollars the State of Texas will send me a certified copy and I could have it in less than 2 weeks.
Why can not Obama do the same? I will spot him the 20 dollars if he is short.
