Media Schadenfreude and Media Shenanigans

I culled these from the “electionviolence” keyword, going back to July 2008 (during the 2008 campaign).

A whole lot of double standard coming from the media over this. Don’t swallow their latest hype.

There is a CAMPAIGN OF HATE from the Left but the Pravda Media treats all of it as “isolated incidents” and no sign of a trend or partisan mindset.

Police charged the man connected with destroying the paint of Cherry Wood Drive resident Kenneth Bunting’s pickup with criminal mischief – a felony, but not a criminal allegation of hate or prejudice. Reacting to a surveillance video image of the vandalism, Elizabethtown police arrested retired Army Lt. Col. Thomas James North on Wednesday afternoon on a Class D felony charge of criminal mischief, first-degree, for allegedly marring paint on Bunting’s truck... Last night after the debate the McCain/Palin headquarters was vandalised. Someone threw a rock at the front window of the Worcester office on 149 Highland Street. The window was severely cracked and the police are being called upon to investigate.

They have disrupted McCain’s speech several times. I’ve never seen anything like this during a convention. I wonder how they managed to get in. To me this is scary. What if these people were there to do something other than shout?
