Oh, I don’t know. The way the Dems are spending money, insolvency could be awaiting us. That surely would collapse all these programs.

The point is not whether Dr. Paul is right or wrong, but whether there is a regularity in the sequence of economic events that makes the coming bankruptcy inevitable and predictable. “Other things being equal” if we continue on the current economic course, the country will bankrupt itself, and all the attempts to provide health care welfare will become futile. Personalities will have nothing to do with it.
