Awful. Charleroi used to be a nice town. was a wonderful place 20 years ago, brought down by Socialist corruption and Muslim infiltration. Thankfully there is still the Flemish north. they’d better secede soon, before it is too late. ALL the tax revenue fo the corrupt Franch South comes from the productive Flemish north.
Now if someone attacked the judge would he say that he invited it by making stupid rulings from the bench?
