Wow - like we did not know Princeton. Much of uni research is a HUGE waste of taxpayer money. I know two people who did work for two famous uni’s and it is a joke in most cases.
We knew, but with the High Fructose Corn industry constantly bombarding the public with claims that HFC is just like sugar, it helps to have some scientific studies proving that it's not.
The more studies that say this same thing, the more likely we can go back to having real sugar and reducing the obesity epidemic.
