Pelosi is certifiable! Why is she giggling during this speech? A woman who has been bedridden for 16 years would qualify for disability and get medicaid and medicare. She is also stuttering over her speech. Haven’t we heard enough of her. Isn’t is costing tax payers to hear her drone on?
