I think the point was that all these horrible cheating men you speak of were cheating with women. Kind of difficult for a straight man to cheat without a willing immoral/amoral whore. Women are as bad as men. In fact, I'm sick of every whore who bumps uglies with a rich/famous/powerful man having 15+ minutes of fame. Maybe this particular whore is hoping to get a GQ spread like Edward's concubine. Every day it seems these men are struggling to keep their sins secret while these *women* (supposedly higher moral beings) can't wait to expose everything for a few bucks.
