according to many it was NEVER really approved by constitutional process

I think we need to march on Washington

Income tax was made legal by a constitutional amendment which went through Congress and then was ratified by 3/4 of the states--whether any irregularities occurred during the process, I don't know.

Given the magnitude of the health care bill, it should require a constitutional amendment as well, not these bizarre games by the majority party (the American Bolsheviks).

In 1773 there was the Boston Tea Party, followed in 1774 by the Intolerable Acts.

In 2009 hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Americans took part in tea parties. In 2010 it looks like our rulers will give us their version of an Intolerable Act, Obama-Care.

Mark Levin on Neil Cavuto this after noon was saying that he would prefer they force this through with the “Slaughter Solution” because it would be a slam dunk getting in thrown out in the courts. He said if they passed it the “right” way it would be much more difficult to overturn...
