Normally I disapprove of government interference with parental authority, but in this case, I think the daughter needs to be either handed over to relatives or removed from the home completely.
This woman is obviously unsuited to be a parent.

I’d guess she’s doing it to drive traffic to her website but it is pretty sad. I’d agree with you about the daughter as well.

I disagree. Weighing the options (har har) I’d say one screwed up kid is better than the gubmint interfering with parents at large (har har)over their health.

She will be when this woman gets too fat to walk. She is delusional if she thinks at 1000 lbs, she will still be able to walk.
