Too bad they don’t have a 1st class. Fly almost 2 million miles like I have and ti makes a difference. When I need to hop between LA and SF/SJO I at least appreciate the new Business First (I think that is what they call it).
I can’t imagine what it is like to fly 1/2 way across the country in a 3+3 configuration, tho...

I've also had good experiences with Alaska, but my last trip had a real battle axe flight attendant. She was giving a couple with two small kids a bunch of attitude. There is no way around it, traveling with kids, especially if you are "doing it wrong," is not fun. These folks were doing it wrong to the point that I was carrying some of their gear on board for them. If I can make that effort for nothing, this lady can do it when she is getting paid. The kids were angels for the entire flight.
