Prove all odd numbers greater than one are prime:

Engineer: 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, sure ok.

Phycistist: 3, 5, 7, experimental error, 11, 13, hypothesis accepted at the 95 % confidence level.

Mathematician: First we need to define what we mean by “number”, “odd” and “prime”. If by “number” we mean the set of elements in Galois Field {R} closed over the operations of addition and multiplication but not division and subtraction, or equivalently... I forgot, what was the question, again?
