The court just got it. The reply was "received" by the court on the 11th of March. See the Clerk's U.S. District Court date stamp in the lower left hand corner on page 1.
Well Obama has to keep winning every case, if even one of them gets to discovery he’s done.
Not only will he be done, but quite possibly the entire Democratic party will be annihilated root and branch.
Lawyers, however smart-alec, will never be trusted again, if not out right banned from political office by constitutional amendment.
Or the public may not be that gentle.
Once the Obots loose the Senate and House in November, much of Obama’s political protection will evaporate.

The judge hasn’t gotten around to it yet. It has only been 2 days since they received Taitz’s reply to the defendant’s motion. It will be a kick around here reading the Obot Taitz haters spew if this judge denies the Obama motion. ;-)
