Pakistan was on the US no travel list at the time. How did he get Passport permission to travel to pakistan?
Did he get his passport punched because he was at the time a british subject? Under his fathers lineage?

You do understand that when a lawyer files a motion with the court, they include a 'suggested' order for the judge to sign. These suggested orders include everything that the lawyer wants the judge to find in response to their motion.
That's all you see on pages 14-15. It is not signed, was not written by the court, and will never see the light of day. Judges almost always craft their own orders based on how they rule on the motion.

You realize that what you cite is nothing more than a proposed order submitted by Orly in her filing. It is nothing Judge Lambert has issued with his signature.
I dont keep up on this stuff.
