My first impression was that this is some kind of joke. My second thought was most jokes will be outlawed. Those jokes not banned will become law.
But then again, the streams and lakes are full of Chinese mercury. Thus, ditto for the water we drink. Clearly it’s Bushes fault for allowing the Chinese to pollute our water....
