Your money is long gone. When it is your time to collect, you will just be another faceless person with their hand out.
I hate payroll taxes, they sell it as an investment but it is just another Federal money grab.
Looking at it as welfare just puts the whole system into persective.
Well, I’ll have agree whether or not it’s welfare, if, in fact, I’m being repaid money I paid in. I don’t care if the money is long gone or not. If, by chance, I get SS payments, I will not consider it welfare.
