She undoubtedly wants it.
Therefor, he needs to protect it.
Leave the man, leave the man’s money.
Leave the man, leave the home paid for with the man’s money.
So assets acquired during marriage are not to be shared with a homemaker/mother wife? You may be a Rich Knight, but that position suggests a blackness to the soul.
Everything that the man earned during the marriage, and every thing bought with the money the man earned during the marriage, needs to remain with him in the event of a divorce.
Correspondingly, all of the money that the woman personally earned during the marriage can remain with her.
That is fair.
And it eliminates the financial profit motive for women to initiate divorce proceedings, a financial profit motive that you apparently want to leave in place.
The chick, too.
