Absolutely agree, but price will likely be closer to $100 per bbl rather than $40, but I’ll take it. What concerns me though is last year caused a lot of projects to slow down dramatically if not get cancelled altogether. It takes years to get production for these new findings up and running a full had of steam.......and time is running out as to when we need it.

The Denver post said oil shale could be got at $35 per barrel and the Dakota has drilling equipment in the area so the first oil should be less than the $35. Oil was $20 for Klinton so that price should be approachable in these quantities.
