I know of a former corporate CEO who pulled an "Enron" nine years ago. After a federal grand jury investigation, he was indicted on 32 counts! To this day he is walking around a
free man, getting legal delay after legal delay. The justice system is broken when it comes to the rich and powerful. My guess is that, if Edwards is indicted, he'll never see a trial, and certainly not prison.

I forget if it’s a Murphy’s, Parkinson’s, law, or corollary or what. But you know how clutter grows to fill the available space? It’s like that with dough. There’s no heap of it lying around with no place to go. If he had $30M, he spent $29.9M at least. At least.
