If it can be passed by reconciliation... it can be repealed by the same.

It actually couldn't be. The Marxist would still have to sign the legislation. That's why they are pushing for this now. If it passes, reversing it would be very difficult.

Not true... as soon as they set precedent creating entitlements using it... repealing any entitlement becomes feasible. Levin talked about this yesterday.
