No...I don’t. But I do live in a Democratic minority run cesspool of racial disharmony...aka Memphis. My child is a white minority in her school. ;) The teachers (one black and one white) wouldn’t allow the students to write about the “same old Black History month characters” eg MLK, Jr. Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, etc. They wanted the students to write about individuals that don’t always get attention. I thought that was a great idea, personally.

There are many great black musicians who have made wonderful contributions to the music community through jazz and blues.
