Early word on uber-liberal Matt Damon's movie "the Green Zone" is that it is "rabidly anti-American." I would think there are enough concerned Americans around to avoid this movie. And no, the fact that one "does not go to movies" is not enough. Others need to be told about movies with an agenda in order to hit Hollywood and the Damon's of the world where it really hurts.

Crud. I was looking forward to going with my 14 year old son. Now I am not so sure.

From what I read, “critics” hail it as authentic, whereas people who have been there and done that laugh at it as nowhere close to reality.

What else did you expect? Howard Zinn was a family friend of the Damon’s. That says it all!
“Green Zone” is about a soldiers efforts to expose the WMD “lie” in Iraq. Typical Hollywood agenda.
I love the Bourne films but I’ll be skipping this one...

He’s a Zinn disciple and a red-diaper baby. So, yeah, he’s an enemy of ours and our children’s freedom. He wants to burn our republic to the ground and build the grandest gulag in human history on its ashes... as do all the high priests of the Satanic cult of Marxism.

I love the Bourne books but to watch that no talent midget try and play a tough military type is like fingernails on a chalk board.
I think he should stick to roles where he pretends he's smart, they're really much more suitable for him.

Hes a Zinn disciple and a red-diaper baby. He's also a disciple of the rabid leftist Noam Chomsky as well.

Unless there are vampires and a screaming emo soundtrack, most young people will never even hear of it. This movie’s going to bomb.

Go anyway if you want.
Don’t let hyper knee jerks determine what you do or don’t do.
That is exactly what ‘mind numbed robots’ do!
If it sux, at least you can talk about it first hand and know why it sux instead of saying that you didn’t see it because someone you don’t know wrote something and didn’t like it.

He’s a Stalinist lemming with a short-man’s complex and a sexual identity crisis. One of the biggest POS SOB’s in the business.

There have been very few good war movies since WWII. Platoon was fairly good, but most of them are inaccurate and have an agenda. I have yet to see anything remotely accurate depicting the Gulf War.
